If your package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order if you notify us in a timely manner.* Please send us an email with your order number and your full name to support@noorshades.de

If your product has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can either refuse delivery or return the package to us, but at your own expense.

For personalized products, cancellation isn't always possible, even if they haven't been shipped yet, as they may have already been customized to your specifications. In such cases, please email us so we can work together to find a solution.

* Cancellation is not guaranteed. If cancellation is not possible, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
